Acknowledgment of Risk & Release of Liability

By participating in this WonderWorks Lab community event and accepting any materials, kits, or giveaways (including but not limited to small electronic parts such as LEDs, coin-cell batteries, wires, and other miniature components), I acknowledge and understand that these items may pose choking, ingestion, electrical, or injury hazards, especially for young children and should be handled under the supervision of an adult.

I agree to supervise my child at all times while using or handling these materials.

In consideration of receiving these items, I hereby release and hold harmless WonderWorks Lab, its founders, affiliates, staff, volunteers, partners, and event hosts from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from accidental ingestion, choking, injury, misuse, or any harm related to the provided materials.

I understand that all items are provided as-is, for optional educational use, and that it is my responsibility to ensure they are used safely and appropriately.

By accepting the materials, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to this waiver.

Pickup: To ensure a smooth and safe process, children must be picked up on time from their assigned classroom by an authorized adult with a valid photo ID. A late fee of $1.00/minute applies, increasing to $35 plus $1.00/minute for the second instance.
