Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing WonderWorks Lab. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy:

Return Window
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds
By placing an order with WonderWorks Lab, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final unless there is a verified product quality issue, shipping error, or damage directly caused by WonderWorks Lab. Due to the nature of educational kits and bulk orders, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for reasons outside of our control, including but not limited to customs clearance delays, carrier delays, refused shipments, incorrect orders placed by the customer or changes in demand.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information, order quantities, and product selections are correct prior to checkout. Any applicable import duties, taxes or VAT are the responsibility of the customer. WonderWorks Lab is not liable for delays, additional charges, or losses resulting from customs inspections, shipping carriers, weather events, or other third-party logistics circumstances beyond our control.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify WonderWorks Lab within 7 business days of delivery and provide supporting photos or documentation for review. Upon verification, we may provide replacement products, store credit, or a refund for the affected items at our discretion. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@wonderworkslab.org for next steps.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
